Folks, we got some great new dishes we’ve added to the menu starting with those beautiful homemade Beignets you see above. We’ve added great appetizers including Fried Crab Claws with homemade onion rings, Fried fresh Mushrooms and a Blackened Crab Cake appetizer! For the healthy eaters, we have a Blackened Crab Cake Salad. Then for the main course, we’ve added Fried or Grilled Butterflied Shrimp, Blackened Grouper, Red Beans & Rice topped with grilled Shrimp and extra Andouille sausage, and we are adding more entrées every week. Finally, for the end of the meal, you see those delicious Beignets above. How about two more new desserts? First, on the list is a wonderful Crème Brûlée Cheesecake, then a Cajun Brownie ala à la mode. And, we have new recipes for our old favorites the New Orleans Bread Pudding and a fantastic Peach Cobbler.
