C ajun Café opened in 2017 when Hidat Gebrelibanos decided to fulfill a lifelong dream of owning and operating a great local restaurant. Hidat has extensive experience in the restaurant industry including working at Boudreaux’s Café Acadiana. After Boudreaux’s closed so the owner could pursue other interests, Hidat saw there was a void in the northeast metro Atlanta area for an authentic Cajun and Creole restaurant. Thus, Cajun Café was born.
Cajun Café uses only fresh seafood from the Gulf of Mexico. During crawfish season, only live Louisiana crawfish are boiled. Nothing is frozen or microwaved. Your selection is made to order – from scratch, prepared and cooked right then. Yes, sometimes it takes a little longer to cook and serve this way. However, our guests are served the highest quality and freshest meals possible.
